You can easily manage the calendar items right in the multiple calendar view. The Outlook import feature allows you to view your meeting rooms’ schedule combined with other calendars’ events. You can perform that with a couple of mouse clicks in the Calendar Settings. Virto Calendar for SharePoint provides you with the ability to import meeting room calendars from Outlook to SharePoint. Displaying Meeting Rooms in SharePoint Online Calendar In your Office 365 calendar, create an event and book the conference room directly from the calendar by clicking the Add room. Now, you can check the newly created meeting room availability among the other ones on the list. You can add a new meeting room calendar by clicking on the “+” button, and specify the room’s details, like Name, Email address, Room capacity, Room location, and Phone number. Each Office 365 meeting room has its name and an email address which is used for booking. There, navigate to the Meeting rooms tab to view the existing rooms’ list and the management options. To accomplish the process, you need to access the Office 365 Admin Center. This option is best for people who are not able to install the CalDAV Synchronization plugin. One-way synchronization means that you can view, but not update, Team Calendars events in Outlook. Subscribe with one-way synchronization (iCal) Not all features available on Outlook for Windows are available on Outlook for Mac. However, you can add shared calendars to Outlook, use iCal addresses to add a Google calendar, and iCloud for Windows can configure Outlook to add an Apple Calendar to Outlook.

If your calendar doesn't appear, you may need to select it from the My Calendars list.

Back on the CalDAV Synchronizer tab, choose Synchronize now to sync the calendar for the first time.

The default is every 30 minutes, but you may want to sync your calendar more often.

Choose how often you want Outlook to sync back to Team Calendars.
